Project Overview
TaskHub is a project management application designed for teams that strive to efficiently organize their tasks, track progress, and collaborate in real-time. The app offers users a convenient interface for creating, assigning, and tracking tasks, as well as for exchanging messages and comments among team members.
Target Audience: Teams of various sizes, from startups to large corporations, seeking a simple and effective project management solution.
Problem Statement
Many teams face difficulties in project management due to the use of various tools that do not integrate with each other, leading to task chaos, loss of important information, and decreased work efficiency.
Goals
Improve Task Management
Provide users with an intuitive interface for creating and tracking tasks.
Enhance Team Collaboration
Offer tools for easy information sharing and joint work on tasks.
Optimize Project Tracking
Enable users to easily track project progress through visual indicators and interactive elements.
Competitive Analysis
We conducted a competitor analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing solutions on the market. This helped us determine the unique differentiation points of our application, TaskHub.
Key Findings
Intuitive Interface
TaskHub combines the simplicity of Trello with the powerful tools of Asana, offering an easy-to-use and user-friendly interface suitable for both small teams and large corporations.
Dark Mode with Accent Colors
Support for dark mode reduces eye strain during work, a feature that is rare among competitors.
Seamless Communication and Collaboration
Built-in tools for messaging and commenting allow teams to interact easily without needing third-party applications.
Customizable Priorities and Subtasks
Users can easily set task priorities and create subtasks, making TaskHub a flexible tool for various types of projects.

TaskHub uses a modern and intuitive design system that provides ease of use and aesthetic appeal. The main elements of the system design include:
Color Scheme: Dark mode with vibrant accent colors for important elements.
